After months of iterative development and in-depth analysis, we’re proud to launch the new and improved: Buildpeer Website
This update represents a comprehensive overhaul informed by user behavior data, conversion funnel diagnostics, and UX best practices. Our Growth Marketing team executed multiple rounds of A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and performance audits to better understand how users navigate and interact with the site.
Every element, from content hierarchy to UI responsiveness, was optimized to reduce friction, improve accessibility, and drive meaningful engagement across all devices and user types. The result is a platform that’s not only more performant but also engineered to scale with our users’ needs.

- Plans Page
We’ve redesigned our Plans page to make it easier than ever to compare features and choose the right tier for your team. With a clean layout and streamlined comparison view, you can quickly identify the plan that fits your workflow and scale of operations.
Buildpeer now offers four clearly defined business plans (Entry, Small, Medium, and Large), each supporting unlimited users and unlimited storage. These tiers are built to grow with you, whether you're just launching your first projects or managing multiple teams across complex job sites.
- Entry is ideal for small teams getting started, offering support for up to 5 active projects and 10 hours of onboarding.
- Small expands capacity and onboarding time, perfect for teams managing up to 10 active projects.
- Medium and Large plans unlock our full suite of advanced modules, including management, documentation, design, collaboration, and communication tools. They also offer exclusive benefits like beta feature access and the opportunity to co-develop new capabilities with the Buildpeer team.

Final Thoughts
Redesigning the Buildpeer website was more than a visual update, it was a learning process grounded in user behavior, experimentation, and iteration.
Here are five takeaways that shaped our approach:
1. Trust the Data, Not Assumptions
- Initial assumptions about user behavior often missed the mark. Analytics and testing revealed where users actually clicked, paused, or dropped off—allowing us to make more informed decisions.
2. Tell a Clear Story
- Users respond better to experiences that feel human and relatable. Instead of simply listing features, we focused on scenarios and use cases that mirror how teams work in real projects.
3. Use Numbers to Direct Attention
- Quantitative data stands out and helps break through dense content. Metrics, percentages, and project milestones help anchor key points and improve readability.
4. Design with Accessibility in Mind, “We don't live in an Apple World”
- Device diversity matters. We ensured a consistent experience across all screen sizes and browsers, with an emphasis on accessibility standards that support every type of user.
5. Mobile is the Primary Experience
- The majority of visitors arrive via mobile, so we treated it as the core experience, not an afterthought. Performance, navigation, and layout were optimized specifically for smaller screens.
