This notice is issued by Plan Board, S.A.P.I. de C.V. its subsidiaries and/or subsidiaries, and/or its related parties (“Buildpeer”), with address at Lazaro Garza Ayala 1214, Piso 1 Sur, Colonia Zona Palo Blanco in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, CP 66230, electronic address: www.buildpeer.com (the “Site”) and with a contact email address [admin@buildpeer.com] (the “Email”), for the purpose of informing anyone who accesses or uses the Site (the “User”), the of cookies that Buildpeer makes on it.
The parties will understand cookies as those short files that usually consist of letters and numbers, that are placed on the computer, tablet, phone or similar device that the User uses to access the Site (“cookies”) and/or those similar technologies, such as pixel tags, web beacons, transparent GIFs, JavaScript and local storage (“web beacons”), that may be related to the Site.
Access and/or use of the Site implies full acceptance of the terms contained here. Consequently, it is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User to read this usage policy and its corresponding modifications beforehand, each time they access the Site. If at any time, the User does not fully or partially agree with these terms, he must, at his discretion, disable the cookies set or immediately refrain from using the Site.
OBJECT.
In order to provide the User with the best possible functionality of the Site and personalized information appropriate to their interests, Buildpeer, its partners and/or allies, may use cookies to collect data that allows us to provide analytical information, as well as personal identification, or that could allow personal identification when combined with other information, in which case, it will be considered governed by the terms established in the Buildpeer Privacy Notice and in this document. Buildpeer, as the operator of the Site, may place cookies on the device through which the User accesses it. These cookies are called “first-party” cookies. Cookies set by providers who provide services through the Site, such as email, are called “third-party”. Buildpeer does not control the use of this technology, or the resulting information, and is not responsible for any actions or policies of those third parties. Buildpeer informs the User that, through cookies, it is possible to obtain and use aggregated and other information that DOES NOT IDENTIFY individual Users (such as their operating system, browser version and source URL, including emails and advertisements) to improve their experience and understand traffic patterns. This technology is used as a tool to compile aggregated statistics about the use of the Site for analysis and performance and optimization of the Site. BuildPeer states that it may also make use of similar technologies, such as web beacons (sometimes called “tracking pixels” or “transparent GIFs”). These are very small graphic files that contain a unique identifier that allows us to recognize the visit to the Site or to notify Buildpeer when the User opens an email that has been sent by Buildpeer. Generally, these technologies rely on cookies to work properly, so their decrease directly affects their operation.
TYPE OF COOKIES
Buildpeer and its service providers may use one or more types of cookies, described below:
Essential cookies. Required to improve the functioning of the Site, allowing the User to browse the Site and make use of its features (for example, to allow the User to log in to secure areas of the Site or use a shopping cart). Disabling these cookies will hinder the performance of the Site, and will possibly make the features of the Site and its service unavailable.
Analysis and personalization cookies. Designed to analyze User activity on the Site and/or on sites where Buildpeer publishes or promotes content, which are used to ensure that the User can find the information they are looking for on the Site more easily. These cookies allow the recognition and counting of visitors to the Site, as well as the measurement of the performance of advertising campaigns and optimization of the content of the Site by Buildpeer.
Functionality cookies. Used to recognize the User when they enter or return to the Buildpeer Site, by customizing the Content, using the name registered as a User and preferences such as: language, region, etc.
Advertising cookies. These cookies are used in order to highlight the content of the Site that is most relevant to the User, based on the apparent interests collected based on their online activity, including visits to the Site, the pages they have visited and the selection of links and advertisements. This allows, through the use of data management and editing platforms, to link advertisements to the Site owned by Buildpeer or any other, in order to maintain a continuous promotion of the products and services visited on the Site.
OF THE USE OF COOKIES
The use of cookies allows Buildpeer, and its service providers, to collect certain sensitive data from the User in order to: i) obtain information about their visits to the Site; ii) process the User's requests; iii) analyze their visiting patterns for Site improvements; iv) offer advertising, communications and content from Buildpeer and third-party partners that are specific to their interests; v) remember the User's language and other preferences; vi) help the User to obtain the information they are looking for; vii) offer a secure service for online transactions; viii) quantify access to and use of the Site; ix) offer effective functionality in accordance with the Site's audience, among others.
The registration of personal information by the User on the Site allows Buildpeer, through the association of such information with other information collected through third parties that is directly or indirectly related to the use of the Site, it can be used for analysis and marketing purposes, always statistical and not individualized.
TYPES OF COOKIES REGARDING THEIR PERMANENCE IN THE SYSTEM
The function and permanence of cookies in the system of the device through which the Site is accessed can be:
“In session”, which are activated at the time you access the Site and until the end of that session. These cookies expire and are automatically deleted when the Internet browser is closed; or “Persistent” which remain on the device accessing the Site between browsing sessions. The amount of time that a persistent cookie remains on your device varies from one cookie to another. The purpose for which Buildpeer uses cookies is: i) to store User preferences, in order to keep them available for their next visit; ii) to keep information on the frequency and variation in the time spent visiting the Site; and iii) to test the effectiveness of advertising efforts.
ADMINISTRATION OF COOKIES BY THE USER
The User, through the configuration of their Internet browser, can decide whether or not to accept cookies from the Site. Buildpeer states that blocking all cookies by the User may block or affect all or part of the access and use of the Site. Buildpeer undertakes to make good use of the personal data and sensitive data provided by the User, and that it will do so in accordance with the Privacy Notice found on the Site. Any questions or comments regarding the use of cookies by Buildpeer can be directed to the Email. In that case, please include contact information, the name of the Buildpeer website, and a detailed description of the request or concern related to cookies.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
The User acknowledges that, by accessing and using the Site, they express their full and unreserved acceptance and, therefore, their adherence to the version of these terms published at the time they access the Site, in terms of what is established by articles 1803 and 1834 Bis of the Federal Civil Code, 80, 81, 89 and other related and applicable laws of the Commercial Code and the applicable legislation for Mexico. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User to read these terms and their corresponding modifications beforehand, each time they access the Site. If, at any time, the User does not agree, in whole or in part, with these terms, they must immediately refrain from accessing and using the Site. Therefore, with the acceptance of these terms, the User expressly consents to be bound by them, and so they declare that they have read the content of each and every one of the provisions and ratify their content.
TOTAL AGREEMENT
The User acknowledges and accepts that Buildpeer made available all the information to understand the scope and characteristics of the Site. In the same way, you state that, prior to accessing the Site, you analyzed the characteristics of the Site and, therefore, you agree with them.
