Access: The right of the holder to obtain their personal data held by Buildpeer, as well as to know the Privacy Notice applicable to the processing of their data.
Rectification: The right of the holder to request Buildpeer to rectify their personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Cancellation: The right of the holder, at any time, to request Buildpeer to cancel their personal data.
Opposition: The right of the holder, at any time, to oppose the processing of their data.
In this regard, if the personal data holder needs to revoke consent or exercise any of the aforementioned rights, they must go to the Buildpeer office located at Lazaro Garza Ayala 1214, Piso 1 Sur, Colonia Zona Palo Blanco in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, CP 66230, or contact us at the phone number: +52 8134025565 and submit a request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, which must contain and be accompanied by the following:
1. Holder: Original and copy of the Voter ID, Passport, or Valid Driver's License.
2. Legal Representative: Original and copy of the document accrediting the legal representation of the rights holder, accompanied by the original and copy of the Voter ID, Passport, or Valid Driver's License.
3. Full name of the personal data holder.
4. The determination of the right they wish to exercise: access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition.
5. A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which they seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, or any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
6. An email address to which our response will be sent.
Requests will be addressed within the next 20 business days from the date the request was submitted.
The holder may choose to receive the response at our address through the reception of simple copies, or, if applicable, through the sending of electronic documents sent to the email address they provide.
